Questions and Answers
Q. What if my order goes missing?
A. We will duplicate the original order and resend. For UK addresses, please wait 5 days after posting before informing us of the loss. For European addresses - 10 days, for non European addresses please wait 21 days.
 
Q. What if I have specified the wrong address?
A. We aim to print and despatch your order within 8-12 hours, If you act quickly enough, we can correct this error for you. To do this contact team@sentwithlove.com at the first instance. The mail box is monitored constantly. However if the item has already been despatched, there is nothing we can do, and you will have to re-order.
 
Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. All orders are processed within 8-12 hours, and promptly despatched. Please refer to the table below for predicted delivery times. Q. What if the order was damaged on arrival?
A. The order would of been despatched in perfect condition, so any damage would have occurred in transit, however, if you inform us of this fact, we will duplicate your original order free of charge and resend
 
Q. What if the card is returned undelivered?
A. We will notify you of this, and we will ask you to check your records to ensure the address was correct. You will have to re-order if it is found that the address was incorrect. However, if the address was correct and it was still returned to us, there is nothing further we can do and will consider the order fulfilled and closed. To send to the same address again you will have to re-order.
 
Q. What is the actual size of the cards?
A. The exact size of the card is 13 cm x 17.9 cm
 
Q. What materials are used?
A. The cards are printed using the finest quality 'Mtec' specialist 240 gsm double sided gloss/matt finish photographic card. The envelope is fuschia in colour, and bears a small 'SWL' logo on the reverse.

Q. Why can't I proceed past the approve button?
A. Check that the image is jpg file. This is the only format allowed at the present time.
 
Q. I want a plain frame but i don't want a caption..
A. To remove 'Your caption here' from the front of the card click 'Insert captiion' then click 'OK'
