Any damage to the card when received will have happened during transit, and therefore we accept no responsibility. However, if a card go missing, at Sentwithlove's discretion, we will duplicate and resend the greetings card free of charge. For UK addresses, please wait 5 days after posting before informing us of the loss. For European addresses - 10 days, for non European addresses please wait 21 days.
